We have RETURNED to the Public Works/Police Department building in the municipal complex. The parking lot is in front of the building. From the parking lot enter through the double doors and pass the police department window. On the right there is a hallway, at the end of the hallway is the entrance to the council chambers. The meeting will be in the council chambers.
